Branxton, Boarhills

Hame Ceramics is located in the former manse at Boarhills, four miles southeast of St. Andrews.

The house, named Branxton, was built in 1910 and appears as “Manse” on a map of “Fifeshire” from around 1919.

At the back of the property is a narrow, sloping garden with stepped access to Kenly Water.

A vintage map of the area around Boarhills, showing farms, a church, a school, a manse, and various geographic features like bridges and dovedots.
